All cities we serve in California

California is the only state with active service today. Our Portland and Boston offices handle corporate operations (billing, finance, and engineering) but do not install or service customers locally. See the about page for the full office breakdown.

California service-area FAQ

Three active regions today: Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County. Orange County has been the home market since 2018 and covers fourteen cities. Los Angeles launched in 2020 with five cities. San Diego launched in 2021, also with five cities. Every install is run by the same crew dispatching from our Tustin office.

Reach out anyway through the [contact form](/contact). Cities not on the launch list often get covered through our remote-managed install option: we ship pre-configured Yealink handsets and walk your team through racking by video, while local techs stay available for support. We add new cities to the launch list when local demand crosses a threshold worth dispatching a crew for.

Active listing requires three or more live customers in a city so dispatch routing makes sense. From a single quote to active status usually takes two to four months as we onboard neighboring accounts. In the meantime your office still receives the same on-site install. The only difference is the technician driving in from a neighboring city.

Yes. Multi-location small businesses are a sweet spot for us. A single account team manages every site, billing consolidates onto one invoice, and the customer portal shows extension directories, ticket history, and outages across every office. Install scheduling coordinates so all sites cut over the same weekend, which keeps your internal IT from juggling three different go-live dates.

Yes today. Sales, support, and billing all route through the main numbers and the [contact form](/contact). The technician dispatched to your office is the same person on the support line, so there is no regional handoff. A regional dispatch line per market is on the roadmap once any one region passes fifty live accounts.

Orange County offices schedule on-site install within five business days of contract signature, often the same week if you sign before Wednesday. Los Angeles and San Diego typically land within seven to ten business days because the crew schedules drives in batches. Number porting from your current carrier adds two to four weeks but runs in parallel with the install date.

The [pricing page](/pricing) lists both plans: Voice at $24 and Voice + Text at $34 per extension per month on a 3-year contract, with month-to-month available at a higher rate. Every price is all-in: taxes, USF, 911, and surcharges are included, so the price you see is the price on the invoice. There is no quote-to-quote pricing: every customer pays the published rate, so you can budget without a sales call.

Pick a region and we will schedule the install

A specialist walks the office, surveys cabling, sizes the quote, and books the on-site visit. Most California small businesses are live within ten business days of signing.
